Of various food and drink that there are around us, some of them are good for health our brains. The following is a list of 3 there is healthy food that has proved improve the health of the brain we overall. I recommend to consuming it to improve your brain performance.

1. Oyster Shells

Researchers have shown that oysters highly beneficial to the health of your brain. 

Oyster containing many minerals , zinc , and iron our brain that helps improve the ability to stay sharp and remember information easily .

Lack of substance zinc and iron causes the weaknesses of concentration, memory lapses, and of course various diseases throughout our body.

 

2. Tea / Green Tea

Do you like to drink coffee in the morning it was a sunny day? Green tea or black tea is very beneficial for the brain because it contains catechin. 

Have you ever experienced situation where you feel tired , and too lazy to think? This could be due to the lack of substance catechin inside your brain.
